QUESTION#1: What is your favorite dance?
It depends. All time favorite would have to be waltzing, but right now I do not have much opportunity for practicing. The Posties Jig is one of my favorite ones that we do at the contra- dances.

I have been asked what part of finish carpentry do I like best.
The short answer is all of it. The whole thing just "clicks" with me. I particularly like the difficult precise things best. Crown molding. Custom wood stairs. Anything special that not everybody can do. The trick is more in being precise than being difficult that set the projects apart. But I really enjoy the outcome.

Taking Dominion

In my work, I finish out houses. Doing trim, hanging doors, making the house beautiful. That is one of my visions. To make this earth more beatiful. Right now that is making houses more beautiful. The Biblical definition of taking dominion sums up that vision quite nicley for me. Who knows, as I grow I might take on other types of projects, but right now I am a finish carpenter, and I love it.
